Order Updates & Pre-Orders

At Holyheaden, many of our pieces are produced in limited batches to maintain quality and craftsmanship. To avoid overproduction, select products are offered on a pre-order basis.

How to Know If Your Order Is a Pre-Order

If your order is a pre-order, it is clearly mentioned on the product page under the Shipping section, just below the Buy Now button.

Pre-Order Dispatch Timelines

• Dispatch begins after the date mentioned on the product page
• Orders are shipped once production for the batch is complete
• This timeline applies to all pre-order items

Please note: dispatch begins after the mentioned date and may not happen exactly on that date.

Order Updates & Communication

You will automatically receive updates via WhatsApp and Email at the following stages:

• Order confirmation
• Production in progress
• Order dispatched (with tracking details)

If you have received these updates, no action is required from your side.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed with Holyheaden, it cannot be cancelled. This applies to all orders, including pre-order items, as production and allocation begin immediately.

We request customers to review product details, sizing, and dispatch timelines carefully before placing an order.

When You Do Not Need to Contact Us

• Your order is within the mentioned pre-order timeline
• You are waiting for the dispatch date shown on the product page
• You have already received confirmation or update messages

This waiting period is normal for pre-orders.

When You Should Contact Support

• Your order has exceeded 30 days from the dispatch start date
• You have not received a dispatch confirmation after updates

Our team will assist you as quickly as possible.
