RETURNS & CANCELLATION

RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY

At HOLY HEADEN, every product is handcrafted/machine embroidered. Minor variations in fabric texture, finish, stitching, color tone, or detailing are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects. Please also note that colors and finishes may appear differently across screens, devices, and lighting conditions.

Return Charges

Defective or Incorrect Product

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, the return will be processed free of charge.

In case of a damaged or defective product, we provide Store Credits only.

A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all damaged or defective product claims:

• The video must clearly show the courier package before it is opened.
• The entire unboxing must be recorded in one continuous video.
• The video must contain no cuts, edits, or interruptions.
• The product and its condition must be clearly visible during the unboxing.
• Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

Indian Customers

For all other approved returns (wrong size, change of mind, etc.), ₹500 will be deducted from the Store Credits issued.

International Customers

Return shipping charges vary by country, location, and product. Our team will share the applicable return cost during the return process.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or style, you may return the product, receive Store Credits, and place a new order.

Partial COD Payments

Any amount paid as a Partial COD Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Partial COD Payments will not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Order cancellation by the customer
• Failure or refusal to accept the order
• Change of mind
• Size or fit issues
• Return requests
• Any other customer-requested cancellation or order-related issue

No Store Credits will be issued against the Partial COD Payment amount in any circumstances.

By choosing the Partial COD payment option, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy before placing the order.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method under any circumstances.

All approved returns are processed exclusively through Store Credits, subject to the applicable return policy. Partial COD Payments are strictly excluded from Store Credit issuance and will not be refunded.

FINAL NOTE

Returns are introduced as a support measure, not an entitlement. Misuse of return categories impacts operations and pricing for everyone. By placing an order with Holyheaden, you agree to abide by the policies above.

Holyheaden’s decision after inspection and review is final and binding in all return-related matters. Repeated spamming, harassment, or misuse of support channels after a decision has been communicated will not be entertained. Any customer who continues to spam or misuse communication channels after three warnings will have their number automatically blocked across all support platforms.
